Founded in 1924, the South African National Energy Association is the country's longest-standing independent voice on energy. As the South African Member Committee of the World Energy Council, SANEA convenes industry, government, academia and civil society around the energy questions that matter most.
Our mandate is simple and enduring: to engage, stimulate, encourage and promote an energy future that is sustainable, secure and shared.
